Kate's Story
A top agent in Santa Clarita real estate, Kate Christiansen has allowed
life’s experiences to shape her into not only a successful real estate agent,
but also a person one can trust with life’s most exciting, delicate, momentous,
stressful and difficult times.
The eldest of five children, her independence and sense of adventure was
fueled at an early age. During high school, Kate circumnavigated the
globe with her family in a sailboat.

Kate thrives on challenges and is a life long learner. Kate “graduated”
from the pinnacle of customer service standards, Nordstrom department
store. Here Kate managed several departments carrying a strong
commitment to the best customer service and top sales.

She later became a buyer for several of the Nordstrom departments.
Kate frequently traveled to New York to “cut deals” with some of the most
“hard-nosed” deal brokers in the clothing business.

Kate met filmmaker/artist/future husband/ future father, Eric Christiansen.
Together, with Divine help, they have grown their marriage and family over
the last 19 years. Producing three amazing children “Big Pete” 13,(6’2”270)
Will 12, (catching up to Pete) and our princess, Kathryn 10.
Together they serve a greater purpose.
